Because he said he wouldn't ever return to Jul. Jul's full of stupidity and of postcount++ whores anyway.

Bitmap comes to mind. You should have honored his request when he first joined and have banned him permanently. he's full of crap. His posts are really poor quality. He pretends to be drunk so that he never gets banned because the rules don't say drunk posting is forbiddden. But come on, drunk posting is obviously spam. So why are you giving him a VIP treatment and everything he wants, like moderating functions, custom username color and tons of gimmicks like that? You're just not a proper leader. If I were you, I'd have banned him and deleted all his crap from the board, goes without saying.

The "Postcounts R us" and "innocent town" forums are also full of threads like "lol srunk posrting" and "hey look, I'm posting a thread because I feel like it, even if I've got no content to come up with!". And not only (though mostly) from Bitmap.

In short, Bitmap's a moron. If you want to keep Jul somewhat readable without causing headaches to visitors, ban him.

That postcount++ whoreness is one reason I will never come back there. I realized that spamming doesn't even annoy anyone and just gives them threads to post in, even if those are crap threads. And they're all happy because they're going to rank higher in the fucking JCS... and even if I don't spam, they'll still go and create the threads to post in...

Also, what's that layout cpubasic13's been coming up with? How can a 21 year old male like characters from a cartoon made for 3 year old kids?

It's really sad that the "official" NSMB hacking forum is inside all that crap. /me goes on GBATemp instead

Bitmap is well-behaved outside of those forums, which is OK because
those forums are where people are allowed to do those things.

Bitmap gets a custom name color by request. Many others have requested
it before.

The first forum you take issue with is our designated "non-serious"
forum where people can do whatever. Innocent Town has even further
relaxed rules and is hidden from the index for a reason; it's not a
forum I (or any other moderator) gives a shit.

Another reason is because you're, you know, permabanned. Regrettably,
permanent bans extend forever and multiple bans have no effect, or you
would probably be permabanned about 40 times .

See above. Name colors are for donators or people who are moderators.
Normal users don't often get them, especially when they have just
registered and are suspected of being a bandodger.

If you are not capable of making correct judgments about our rules
(which clearly state that the ban you received was permanent), I
believe it to be fairly laughable that you, of all people, seem to
think that you have any right whatsoever to even attempt to comprehend
the deeper levels of rules on our board.
